What’s easiest way to tell summer is almost over? When the Fall tv show preview list is distributed! Every year around this time, each network reveals more information, trailers, and images related to new series premieres. Among the many, many new shows Fall 2016 has to offer, I have narrowed the list down to the shows that may very well biggest hits of the season.

Here are a few shows you should check out:

Shots Fired


Starring Sanaa Lathan as Ashe Bell, Shots Fired is a 10 part television drama created and co-directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood. The series follows a special prosecutor special prosecutor and an expert investigator as they uncover the truth behind a series of racially charged shootings in a fictitious North Carolina Town.

Atlanta is a series created by and starring Donald Glover following the journey of two cousins trying their best to make a name for themselves in the Atlanta rap game.

Donald Glover, known to many as Childish Gambino, has found much success in the realm of rap as well as acting has had many roles on popular shows and films such as “30 Rock”, “Community”, “The Martian”, and “Magic Mike XXL”.

Films and Tv shows based on comic books are becoming more and more popular. Audiences love seeing their favorite heroes, heroines, and even villains come to life on screen. The latest hero to join the small screen is none other than Luke Cage.

Played by Mike Colter, Luke Cage follows the journey of an ex convict residing in Harlem turned superhero an experiment gone wrong.

Unlike the other shows mentioned above, Luke Cage will only be available via Netflix streaming.
